“Awakened by The Sequoias” is a spiritual retreat focused on connecting with the elements of nature and exploring the possibilities of reflection, healing, inspiration, and creativity that this unique energetic vortex in the natural world has to offer you.

We will work with the potential of Conscious Breathing (Breathwork), Naturopathy, Sound Healing Therapy, Healing Writing, and Body Flow.

For centuries, spiritual masters and sages from around the world have been drawn to the Sequoias. This majestic forest, home to the largest trees on Earth, was once a settlement of the Yokut tribe. The Yokut origin story describes a world covered in water, transformed by the feat of an eagle who takes mud brought from the depths by a water bird, mixes it with seeds, and allows it to expand to form the land.

The mystical energy of the Sierra Nevada plateaus will serve as the foundation for our deep spiritual healing and transcendence. The retreat facilities are truly beautiful, and the location near a river gives it the essence of an extraordinary retreat. Activities like breathwork, meditation, yoga, sound healing, and the fire circle with medicinal cacao created a mindset of peace and harmony within me. The Ayurvedic meal plan was excellent, nourishing the body with love. It was a complete retreat that worked on the mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical levels, all guided with love by Georgel and Kattie. Plus, there were unexpected and delightful surprises.
